The Park at Concord is a Premier development serving the general aviation community of Buchanan Airfield in Concord, Ca. Construction is scheduled to begin Spring 2011. The first series of hangars will be ready for occupancy early 2012. We are now accepting reservations.

The project is being built on 10.3 acres located on the northwest quadrant of the airport and will provide over 140,000 square feet of hangar and office space. The development will consist of over 40 hangar units ranging in size from 42' x 35' up to 80' x 80' and will accommodate single engine piston aircraft up to Gulfstream IV's.
