1. Is my Hangar Deposit Refundable?

• Yes, your check is refundable until construction of your hangar building begins or your lease is drawn up, which ever comes first. All you need to do is send an email or letter requesting the refund back. Please be aware that you will lose your position in line.

2. I am moving from another Hangar to The Park, Will I be able to give notice?

• Yes, Once the construction of your building breaks ground there will be a 3-6 month time period for completion.

3. Is my check transferable from one size hangar to another to either upgrade or downgrade?

• Yes, until construction of your building begins or your lease is drawn up, you may transfer to a unit in a different building, space permited. Please Note: All units will lease out.

• For smaller hangars the lease terms will be month to month with yearly or long-term available. Larger Hangars and Business hangars will be a minimum of one year with long-term leases available.

7. Will there be T-hangars available for rent

• Yes, Some owners will be permitted to have their hangar leased out and managed by park management under individual circumstances.
